Some photos of the differences between the W58 and R154 transmissions and their associated hardware. NOTE: some things not pictured. Here is the listing of all the support parts that are different from the R154 to the W58:

• Trans (duh!)
• clutch setup
  • flywheel
  • pressure plate
  • throw out bearing
  • release fork
  • slave cylinder
  • slave cylinder soft line
  • NOTE: W58/R154 clutch discs are the SAME!
• trans crossmember
• driver's side trans->engine support bracket
• lower inspection cover
• driveshaft (R154 shaft is shorter w/diff input spline setup)

(253K)	the difference in thickness of the flywheels, R154 on the right.	(207K)	the driver's side trans support bracket is slightly different for the R154.
